These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://usacelebs.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Sonali Baidya as an individual at 158 Grove Street, Bronx, NY 10456, United States. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility

You remain responsible for your User Content.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to moderate, edit, or remove any User Content for any reason without notice.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its articles, graphics, layout, code, and the “USA Celebs” name and logo, is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may quote short, attributed excerpts in a manner consistent with fair use, but you may not copy, mirror, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission. 5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:

- Upload malware, attempt to bypass security controls, or scrape the Site at scale.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or other users’ enjoyment of it.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Celebs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Celebs and Sonali Baidya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, regardless of the legal theory and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless USA Celebs and Sonali Baidya from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your User Content, or (c) your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising under these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will reflect changes. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least seven days.
