The Miss Universe alum and 49ers star Christian McCaffrey are expecting their second child — announced on her 34th birthday in a sweet family maternity shoot.

Olivia turned 34 on May 8, 2026 — the same day she shared the news. Her caption: "Best birthday gift Baby #2 coming soon."

The Instagram carousel showed the McCaffreys on a checkered picnic blanket with 9-month-old Colette and their golden retriever Oliver. An ultrasound photo sealed the reveal.

Colette was born in July 2025, which means baby #2 will land just 18 months later. Olivia has long said she wants Colette to have a sibling close in age.

With the baby due late in 2026, Christian McCaffrey will likely be in the middle of the 49ers NFL season when Olivia goes into labor. The team has reportedly already cleared a flexible plan.
