Zuckerberg paid for an 18,500-square-foot mansion still being built. The Mark Zuckerberg Indian Creek deal includes the structural shell, plans and ongoing contractor team.

Permits show seven bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a 2,200-sq-ft great room, an underground 14-car garage and an indoor glass-walled pool inside the Mark Zuckerberg Indian Creek build.

The 1.96-acre lot has 230 linear feet of Biscayne Bay frontage — deep enough for a 200-foot mega-yacht. The Mark Zuckerberg Indian Creek property includes a private dock pavilion.
