Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes were photographed on a friendly walk through SoHo on Wednesday — three months after their split. Insiders confirm they are not back together, just on great terms.

A 45-minute stroll through SoHo. No hand-holding. No overt affection. Just two people in casual outfits, walking and talking through a Manhattan neighbourhood they both know well, stopping for coffee.

Sources close to both Ballerini and Stokes were emphatic: "They're on great terms, but they're not dating again." The walk was characterised as a friendly catch-up, not a reconciliation of any kind.

They went public at the April 2023 CMT Awards after dating quietly for several months. The three-year relationship was unusually low-drama by celebrity standards. Their split came in late January 2026.

Kelsea Ballerini's Patterns album has been a sustained chart presence since 2024. Her North American tour wraps in late summer 2026, and she is reportedly in the early stages of writing her sixth album.

Chase Stokes is in his post-Outer Banks career pivot. The Netflix series ended after five seasons in 2025. He has an indie psychological drama and a major-studio thriller both in post-production now.
