New Album Alert: Foreign Tongues

The Rolling Stones have announced Foreign Tongues, a brand-new 14-track studio album dropping July 10, 2026. Recorded at Metropolis Studios in London with producer Andrew Watt.

Charlie Watts Lives On

Foreign Tongues features one of Charlie Watts' final recording sessions before his death in 2021. The late drummer's performances were carefully preserved and woven into the album's sound.

Rock Royalty Guest List

Paul McCartney, Steve Winwood, Robert Smith of The Cure, and Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers all appear on Foreign Tongues. It is a once-in-a-generation lineup of rock legends.

Lead Single: In the Stars

The first single, "In the Stars," dropped digitally on May 5 with a physical release on May 15. The album opens with "Rough and Twisted," a song the Stones teased under their pseudonym The Cockroaches.

14 Tracks, Multiple Formats

Foreign Tongues is available on CD, deluxe CD, cassette, and vinyl. With 14 tracks recorded in under a month, this may be one of the Stones' most ambitious records in years.
